UltraPRO, a trading card and collectible card game accessory maker, announces plans to retire its smartphone app on Aug. 31.
The app, which is available as a free download for iOS and Android devices, acted as a mobile storefront for Ultra Pro International for gaming accessories, card sleeves, and sports gear.
Nothing about users' accounts will be going away, though, says the company.
"All your account details, order history, and everything else you're used to seeing in the app will still be available -- you'll just access it through our website instead," they say. "We know app changes can be a hassle, and we appreciate your patience."
The company is asking for all of its app users to delete the program from their smartphones.
