Pack Crackin': Champions of Kamigawa

Magic Untapped cracks open a Champions of Kamigawa tournament deck.

Magic: The Gathering's Champions of Kamigawa set came out in October of 2004 and was the first set in the cult-favorite Kamigawa block.  It was a feudal Japanese themed set that received mixed reviews when it came out, but has since grown in popularity.

A 306-card set, Champions of Kamigawa boasts a number of memorable and valuable cards including Sensei's Divining TopAzusa, Lost but SeekingKiki-Jiki, Mirror BreakerBoseiju, Who Shelters AllForbidden OrchardKokusho, the Evening Star, and Nature's Will with each of those cards (at the time of this article's publication) being worth $20 or more.  There are also six more worth between $10 and $20, and a handful of desirable, lower-value cards such as Lava SpikeGhostly PrisonHonor-Worn Shaku, and Kodama's Reach.

Magic Untapped dropped $30 during MagicFest Reno earlier this year on this Champions of Kamigawa tournament deck.
