Let's crack open a pair of Commander Legends booster packs and see what's inside!
Released in November of 2020, right in the middle of the global COVID-19 pandemic, is Wizards of the Coast’s first go at a draftable EDH/Commander experience.
As such, the set features some rather sought-after cards both new and reprinted:
- The recently-banned-in-Commander Jeweled Lotus (extended art version) at $77.27;
- The normal version of Jeweled Lotus at $76.74;
- The extended art version of Vampiric Tutor at $56.25;
- The extended art version of Jeska’s Will at $42.79, and;
- The extended art version of Mana Drain at $40.82.
These booster packs were purchased at Gamers' Cantina in North Bend, Oregon, for $8 each. That’s an affordable $16 for the pair.
Now, let’s crack these packs and see how things go.
And, for value purposes, we are only counting cards worth at least a buck.
