Magic Untapped takes a look at a number of upcoming things for Magic: The Gathering.
The next Magic: The Gathering set, Dominaria United, is just around the corner with a Sept. 9 release date. And, when it does, it kicks of a four-set story arc about a Phyrexian invasion of not just the pane of Dominaria, but of the entire Magic multiverse!
After kicking off in Dominaira United, the story continues with The Brothers' War, which involves the game's iconic war between the artificer brothers, Urza and Mishra. Why? Well, as Wizards of the Coast said during its Wizards Presents 2022 presentation, "The fate of the future might be in its past." After that, it'll be off to the plane of New Phyrexia for the set Phyrexia: All will be One, followed by a two-art set in March of the Machine and March of the Machine: The Aftermath.
And, after the aftermath, it's on to greener pastures (as it were).
