Can it be worth it to open a Collector Booster Box of Dominaria United?
Magic Untapped chose to buy one and see if it's possible.
The Collector Booster Box was purchased for $260 from Great Escape Games, a local gaming store in Sacramento, California. With twelve packs in the box, that works out to being approximately $21.67 per pack.
In addition to the usual assortment of foil and non-foil cards, there are a number of card variants that can be found in these packs, including showcase cards with a stained glass look, textured foil cards, and etched foils, as well as extended art and borderless cards. There are also "Lost Legends" cards, that is actual cards from the 1994 Magic: The Gathering set Legends, but those are said to be quite rare, appearing in only an approximate three percent of Collectors Booster packs.
