Let's crack open some booster packs of Throne of Eldraine!
Released in October of 2019, Throne of Eldraine is the 82nd expansion for Magic: The Gathering. It consists of 269 cards; of which, 53 are rare and an additional 15 are mythic rare.
Throne of Eldraine was considered a fairly powerful set overall. Despite that, it only has two normal, non-foil cards worth in the double digits:
- The Great Henge, a mythic rare listing at $44.96, and;
- Oko, Thief of Crowns, which lists at $13.42.
The set does, however, have a handful of cards worth between five and ten dollars, such as:
- Brazen Borrower at $8.23;
- Embercleve at $7.03, and;
- Questing Beast at $6.35 (among others.)
Magic Untapped picked up five booster packs of Throne of Eldraine from Big Brother Comics in midtown Sacramento, Calif. They cost us only $5 apiece, which means we only dropped $25 total on them in total.
